RESOURCES FOR KIDS AND TEENS
If you're a kid and something has happened to you, you can get help.
If someone touches you in a way that’s not okay, or shows you something that makes you feel uncomfortable, you don’t have to keep it a secret. Even if a grown-up or older kid does these things—it’s not right. And it is not your fault.
It can be scary to tell, but telling someone is important.
Tell someone you trust, like a parent, teacher, coach, counselor at school, family member, or friend's parent.
You can tell them on the phone, in person, via text, or by writing a letter.
Keep telling until you get the help you need.

The Internet
The Internet can be hard to navigate- who is okay to talk to, what websites have good information, what is safe and what's not safe. You can find information for staying safe online here.
